Ironman triathlete Terenzo Bozzone came into the clinic today. 'T' has a annual check up with us to review his orthotics and shoes. We have looked after 'T' for over 10 years as a junior world champion and todays session was all about finding the the best ways to improve his performance and speed. Over the years we have used many different orthotics to complement his shoes. We have settled on three different orthotics for his training, racing and cycling.
Today we have gone for a completely new set up for his cycling shoes that we hope will being and additional 6-8% power to his cycling. I guess time will tell. Keep an eye out for him in the Taupo Ironman this year!
