Justin Chong
Justin is a highly regarded podiatrist in NZ and has been involved in sports medicine, musculoskeletal pain, management of the foot and ankle after surgery and diabetes. He is currently involved with the NZ Breakers, NZ Football, NZ Athletes under the High Performance Sport program and Primary Care Diabetes Programs.
Justin knows first hand how injury and pain limits physical and emotional well being and this motivates him to see clients pain free as fast as possible. Whether its an elite basketballer, weekend sports warrior, a business executive or mother doing their first half marathon, working together as a team with realistic expecations and clear goals we achieve results. Empowering clients to get better and seeing them pain free is what drives Justin to do more everyday for his clients.
Justin is proud of the Bigfoot team. One of his greatest visions is developing a team of successful podiatrists who are confident and thrive in the profession. Developing a unique culture with a clear vision delivers a world class service we feel proud of each day. This allows the company to strive for bigger challenges and create innovative methods to treat foot and leg pain.
Justin has always been a keen sportsman. You will often find him grinding up a hill on his mountain bike, out running or smashing a boxing bag.

Palwasha Uddin
Palwasha graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Podiatry. After graduating she began her professional career in Auckland and has treated all aspects of podiatry from elderly, sports, paediatrics and diabetics.
Palwasha enjoys all aspects of podiatry and her special interest lie in the lower limb biomechanics which comes from the opportunity to help her patients function pain free and improve their quality of lives. She believes that every patient has a unique story and creating patient centred goals establishes the best outcome.
One of the qualities her patients appreciate about her is Palwasha’s ability to relate to people from a range of cultural backgrounds.
Palwasha is currently completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Podiatry at AUT.
Outside of work, she enjoys tramping, playing badminton you will also find her spending quite a bit of time volunteering in her community.

Keefe Tan
Keefe graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Podiatry after completing a Bachelor of science in Biotechnology.
Strongly invested in all facets of lower limb biomechanics, including musculoskeletal injury, sports, and post-surgical cases, Keefe is driven to get you back on your feet. Having worked in a technical shoe store he is an experienced shoe technician, experienced with sports shoe fitting and prescription for those looking for the perfect fit or function.
Keefe believes in a multifaceted patient centered care, understanding that the patient care isn't always just about their injury, and each patient has their own unique circumstances. He isn't afraid to stick with you through thick and thin to enhance recovery, performance, and/or achieve sports or lifestyle goals.
Keefe has completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Podiatry and is working towards a Masters of Philosophy (podiatry) at AUT. He intends to do his Masters in footwear design and running.
Outside of work his interests bring him towards, hiking, rock climbing, swimming and strength training. Inspired by his patients, his current sporting goals leave him training for his first marathon.

Monique Ujdur
Entering the profession over 20 years ago, Monique has worked extensively in sports injury, performance and lifestyle foot care areas.
In the past she has taught at AUT Podiatry School, built a successful private practice partnership, worked with a leading sport shoe brand and developed a commercial orthotic lab. Monique a strong understanding of how and when to prescribe orthotics to reliably increase comfort and reduce foot and leg pain.
She is a working mum who communicates well with children in a clinical setting. Monique is active in endurance sport and understands the psyche of an injured sportsperson and their need to return to activity as quickly as possible.

Meha Singh
Meha believes that every individual should be pain-free and be the best version of themselves – that's why she chose to become a health care specialist in podiatry. Meha graduated from AUT School of Podiatry and since then has been focusing on all aspects of podiatry and looking after patients from all walks of life. Prior to joining Bigfoot she was working in a busy clinic in central Auckland.
Her interest in podiatry was driven by her sporty family who saw a lower limb specialist for multiple injuries. Meha’s friendly, bubbly, and caring personality means that she can comfortably talk and relate to patients. Meha is a very motivated character who is directed to provide a thorough management plan tailored to her unique, distinctive patients to ensure they are pain-free
In her free time, she likes to keep fit and healthy. Meha is also creative with her cooking and loves to cook for her family. Additionally, for some downtime, she loves to watch movies and spend quality time with loved ones.

Sarah Gardner
Sarah has moved to a full time lecturing role at the AUT School of Podiatry.
She is only providing specialist customised bracing (Reactiv Brace) for individual clients through Bigfoot on a case by case basis at our clinics.
