A typical training schedule involves 90 km’s per week walking, 3hours on a elliptical trainer per week and a recovery day. When asked what inspires Bill to walk and what he enjoys most his answer is:
“Walking makes me happy; keeps me fit, introduces me to new people and places, but mostly because I want to. I enjoy where I am, I enjoy who I am with, even when alone, but most of all I enjoy the peace inside me”
