ACFC play in the premier domestic competition and have won 4 out of 9 times and have represented Oceania at he Club World Cup. 2014 has kicked off to a great start making it to the semi-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup. This is an outstanding result for NZ football with the team contributing 2.3 million to NZ Football.
We are testing an orthotic for elite football which is both comfortable and supportive. Football boots are often worn tighter so the player can feel the ball better and therefore insoles have often been too bulky, over supportive and players have not been able to play with them. Testing will be completed mid 2015 but so far the signs have been positive with players using them recently in the Club World Cup.
